About Bremanger Quarry

Bremanger Quarry is located near the coastal town of Florø, north of Bergen. It is one of Norway’s largest open-pit quarries, producing high-quality sandstone for projects worldwide.
The quarry is also known as the “Green Quarry.” This is due to its strong focus on sustainability. By using gravity in the production process, stone can be crushed in an energy-neutral way. As a result, environmental impact is minimized.
In addition, operations take place largely inside the rock. Therefore, the visual impact on the landscape remains low. At the same time, short transport distances and the use of large bulk carriers significantly reduce emissions per tonne.

What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and coordinate visits, including travel, accommodation, and meetings
  • Welcome and host guests, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Maintain an organized office and manage supplier relationships
  • Track and validate production data to ensure accurate reporting
  • Spot deviations early and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Help drive improvements in administrative processes and the ERP system (Ultimo)

What you bring

  • Strong Norwegian and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Education in administration, or relevant work experience
  • Good digital skills and experience with ICT systems
  • Strong numerical understanding and attention to detail
  • Experience with ERP systems or reporting tools is a plus
