Lelystad airport – Dura Vermeer

Dura Vermeer was commissioned by Lelystad Airport to realize the expansion of airside and landside infrastructure for the so-called twin-airport , including extension and widening of a runway, new taxiways and aircraft stands.
For this project , Graniet Import Amsterdam supplied high-quality aggregates Bestone®, known for its homogeneity, hardness and skid resistance. The aggregates were delivered in various sizes to the asphalt plants, by barge, for the production of high-quality asphalt mixes for the runways, among other things.
