England – Armour rock for coastal protection

Many coasts in England are being reinforced to provide protection from rising sea levels and more severe storms. Larvik Rock Quarries supplies high quality armourstone, ideally suited for this purpose. For the Falmouth project, a heavy 6-10T grade was produced in Larvik, loaded at its own port in Svartebukt and delivered to Falmouth by barges.
