Major maintenance works A15 highway Ridderkerk-Deil
For major maintenance on the A15, Bontrup's Asfalt Recycle Bedrijf (ARB) provided a fully circular asphalt supply chain. In four week closures, 140,000 tons of asphalt was renewed by Boskalis, with ARB directly processing the ZOAB milling material into high-quality secondary aggregates. This was delivered back to the asphalt plants just-in-time, enabling asphalt mixtures with 65% recycled material to be produced.

- Just-in-time delivery within the tight schedule
With high throughput and a completely closed chain, ARB proved that large-scale sustainability in asphalt projects is feasible, without concessions to planning or quality.
