A52 Higway Kaarst Germany

On behalf of Die Autobahn des Bundes, KEMNA Bau Projekte is carrying out the maintenance of the A52 near Kaarst. Approximately 10,000 tons of Bestone® were used for the new asphalt pavements. Bestone® is known for its homogeneity, hardness and skid resistance and is increasingly used in Germany for these reasons. The aggregates were transported by barge and processed into AC and SMA mixes at the asphalt mixing plant of KEMNA Andreae Asphalt in Neuss.
