From small to large
From our own quarries Bremanger and Larvik, and through partner quarries such as Stevin Rock, we supply all grades of stone. From excellent quality sub-base for terminal foundations to large boulders of > 20 tons for coastal defense. With our self-developed booster grabs, we effortlessly load large stone into our ocean-going vessels. Standard grades in accordance with applicable standards, or customized if required.
Ship-to-ship transfer
Thanks to our network of quarries and self-unloading bulk carriers, we deliver exactly what each project requires. With special ship-to-ship transfer methods, we guarantee a continuous supply so that projects worldwide go ahead without delay - even in the most challenging locations.

Coastal and shoreline protection
Bontrup supplies stone worldwide for the reinforcement of coasts and banks against rising sea levels and heavy storms. We do this with a wide range of products, from Widegrade® to heavy crushed stone.
Ports and breakwaters
Climate changes now and in the future are forcing ports to optimize their waterways and gateways. Bontrup provides solutions for new breakwaters and maintenance and protection of existing ports.
Offshore structures
Wind turbines, deep sea pipelines, gravity-based structures (GBS) and other offshore structures require a stable foundation that can withstand the force of the sea. Delivery of suitable material to remote locations is our specialty.
