Agriculture

Bontrup Ukraine

With about 20,000 hectares of fertile land, Bontrup in northeastern Ukraine is a forerunner in sustainable agriculture. For almost 20 years we have been working with local partners and using our agricultural tradition to accelerate innovation and digitalization. Every year we produce about 100,000 tons of grains, oilseeds and fodder for both national and international markets.

Sustainable agriculture. Social impact

Bontrup connects sustainable agriculture with social progress in northeastern Ukraine. With innovative cultivation methods and close cooperation with local partners, we ensure fertile soils, reliable harvests and strong communities in the Sumy region. This is how we build tomorrow's agriculture, but also a better future for the region.

Precision agriculture
Bontrup Ukraine's strength lies in precision farming; sustainable cultivation methods, including crop rotation, preservation of soil structure and responsible crop management. With these smart farming techniques, we protect the soil, increase yields and reduce our ecological impact.

Continuous Investment. Moving society forward

The challenges for agriculture are increasing worldwide: extreme weather, diseases, pests and scarcity of natural resources. Bontrup takes responsibility in this regard. We continuously invest in proven techniques that preserve soil fertility and prevent depletion, so that food production remains future-proof.

Social initiatives
Together with 300 dedicated employees and local partners, we are building a strong agricultural sector that advances society. Bontrup actively invests in education, health care and social initiatives. Over the past three years, investments have been made in local projects in the Shostka and Glukhiv regions.

CSR
We work closely with local communities and governments to facilitate innovative agricultural projects. Since 2007, we have organized the Bontrup volleyball and soccer tournament annually and support educational and medical institutions. In this way, we not only strengthen agriculture, but also the quality of life and cohesion of the region.
