PRODUCTION MANAGER MOUNTAIN (ANLEGGSLEDER)
For Bremanger Quarry AS we are looking for a:
PRODUCTION MANAGER MOUNTAIN (ANLEGGSLEDER)

What are you going to do? You:
• Plan and organize operations and make sure that the production (cleaning of mountain, drilling, blasting, digging, pigging, driving, maintenance) is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
This means:
• Planning of own machines, personnel and coordination of hired resources
• Development of the quarry together with blasting master and quarry manager
• Ensure proper education / training for employees and checking from hired resources
• Maintenance of machines / equipment ( service/ welding / wear parts)
• Ensure stock of spare parts
In addition, you do:
• General administrative work for the department
• Monitor/meet the Key Performance Indicators and goals
• HSE work and follow-up of laws and implemented routines
• Report to quarry manager
What do you bring?
• Technical high school, preferring a rock engineering education
• Industry experience (quarry / contractor / construction company) is preferred
• Management experience
• Certificate / competence for construction machine (s)
• You are proactive, positive, can motivate employees and contribute to the further development of the department
• Norwegian and English (prefferably) oral and written communication skills
