BONTRUP Agriculture owns and operates about 22.000 hectares of fertile soil in the north east of Ukraine, managed by BONTRUP Ukraine. BONTRUP Ukraine was established with the aim of operating a large-scale agriculture operation with a long-term vision.
Agriculture market informationThe 22.000 hectares are particularly suitable for agriculture and dairy farming because of the type of soil and the favourable climate.
The agriculture business focusses on grains (wheat and corn) and on ingredients for the plant-based oil sector such as rapeseed and sunflower.

This is why we spend a lot of time constructing and maintaining good cooperation with the local people, as well as the local and national government. We employ around 300 farmers.
Thanks to the specialist knowledge and workforce of the local population, and the use of the latest agricultural machinery and techniques, the crop yield of the country has increased without depleting farmland.
